Well, it’s official. My grandparents’ house is all cleared out and on the market to be sold. Yesterday my mom’s real estate agent had an open house, and over 400 people showed up! We’re hoping to get a couple of offers soon!

It’s weird considering I’ve only been to the house once since we moved my grandpa closer to us, and at the time the house was still full of stuff. Now it’s completely empty, something I’ve never seen before.

I’ve had a lot of great memories in this house; it was my second home as a kid. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future owners do with this house, and hopefully they will enjoy making their own memories.

Haha until you read the disclosures and find out exactly how much work has to be done AND how much it costs to do it! It has a lot of potential though, and I cannot wait to see what the buyer will do with it. :)

Wow, it looks so different. You did so much work on it! I love the hardwood floors over the carpet. It looks great. I assume you will get plenty of good offers. Sad, but things come to an end, eventually.
